Born and raised in Crawfordsville IN, Laura went on to graduate with a degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Ball State University in 2003. Laura, her husband Brent and their two daughters, have called Fishers home for the last 9 years. As a wife, mother, and realtor, she does what she loves helping buyers and sellers accomplish one of their biggest financial endeavors in their lifetime.
Laura started her real estate career with The Estridge Companies in 2006, she had great success in a declining real estate market and went on to continue that success in real estate with the F.C. Tucker Company in January 2012. In 2012, she was among the top 4.7% of MIBOR agents representing over 50 buyers and sellers. In 2013, she closed over 22 million in sales and over 340 buyers and sellers represented, she was ranked 35th out of 4749, the top 1% of all MIBOR agents. Ranked 4th within the F.C. Tucker Company consisting of over 700 agents in the metro area.
Real estate is a family tradition for Mitzi Koontz. Her family
has owned and managed residential investment properties and
commercial real estate for 40 years. Growing up, she spent
countless weekends attending open houses, scouting properties,
and visiting construction sites with her family. She ventured
into real estate as a property manager and investor in 2002,
and has continued to buy, sell, and rent properties ever since.
After 15 years as a senior product manager with a leading
technology publisher, Mitzi turned her passion for real estate
as an investment vehicle into a full-time career as an agent
with the F.C. Tucker Company. She joined Laura Turner Realty
Group where her project management background offers clients
a superior level of communication, organization, and attention
to detail throughout the buying or selling process. Mitzi
prides herself on managing the details and advising her clients
so they feel secure knowing their best interests are well
represented. She works closely with team leader and mentor
Laura Turner, who ranks in the top 1% of all MIBOR agents
and in the Top 10 within the F.C. Tucker Company, to ensure
complete client satisfaction from start to finish.
Mitzi is a northside expert having lived in Noblesville,
Carmel, Fishers, and Indianapolis over the past 30 years.
She graduated from Noblesville High School, and went on to
earn a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Ball
In 2003, Mitzi and her husband John built their home in Fishers
and they love raising their two daughters in family-friendly
Hamilton County. She enjoys close ties in the community volunteering
at her daughters’ schools, coaching cheerleading, and
serving on her neighborhood HOA board. Her family supports
causes close to their hearts, especially the Hamilton County
Humane Society, Interfaith Hospitality Network, and Habitat
Chad was born in Oklahoma, but was raised in Indiana. He graduated
from Twin Lakes High School in Monticello, IN and went on
to attend Indiana University in Bloomington where he graduated
with a Bachelor’s degree in Management in 2001. Chad,
his wife Melissa and their two daughters lived in Fishers
for just over 5 years, and have now called Carmel home for
the past 5 years.
Chad has seasoned skills from his past corporate business
profession involving project management, finance, negotiation
and lending/mortgage experience. He is very much accustomed
to establishing, developing and maintaining relationships,
and he has exceptional communication skills. Chad cares about
his clients and always anticipates developing that relationship,
all along helping his clients achieve their dream of finding
a new home. Chad feels very fortunate to be living his dream
of working in real estate, as there is nothing else he would
rather be doing.
Chad is an avid sports fan, his favorite sport being basketball.
In his spare time, he loves to play golf and teach his children
the joy of playing sports. He also has a passion for aviation.
Chad feels that family is very important and spends as much
time as possible with his wife and daughters, enjoying all
that Central Indiana has to offer!
In Laura's spare time she likes to travel with her family, creating experiences and memories for her children. She also volunteers as much time as possible to her daughters schools and extracurricular activities. Laura enjoys giving back to the community through athletic sponsorships with the Hamilton Southeastern Schools District and the Fishers Parks and Recreation Department.
